About us: Only You by Mrinali is an individual-seller business based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, operated by Mrinali Soni.

Products: All product descriptions, prices, and availability are as accurate as possible at the time of listing, but may change without notice. Colours may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings and studio lighting.

Pricing & payment: All prices are listed in INR. We accept prepaid payments only, processed securely via Cashfree. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery.

Orders: Once placed, an order cannot be modified, but may be cancelled before it ships by contacting getonlyyoubymrinali@gmail.com. Once shipped, our Exchange Policy applies.

Shipping: See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for timelines and coverage. We also ship internationally to most countries — see the Shipping & Delivery Policy for international shipping charges. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Exchanges: See our Exchange Policy. We do not offer refunds; exchanges only, within 7 days of delivery, subject to conditions listed there.

Intellectual property: All content on this site — photos, brand name, logo, and copy — belongs to Only You by Mrinali and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability: We are not liable for delays or issues caused by courier partners, customs authorities, payment gateways, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kolkata, West Bengal having jurisdiction.
