We want you to love what you ordered. If the fit or style isn't right, we offer a size or style exchange — no refunds.
Exchange window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for exchange:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags attached
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
How to request an exchange:

- We'll confirm eligibility and share return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll ship your replacement
Return shipping cost: The customer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us; we cover the cost of shipping your replacement.
Damaged or wrong item received? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the unboxing — we'll sort a free replacement and cover return shipping in that case.
Since we work with limited-quantity, non-restocked pieces, an exact size or style may occasionally be unavailable for exchange. In that case we'll offer store credit or an alternate piece of equal value.
