We're a small, independent women's clothing brand based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India — founded and run by Mrinali Soni. We create and curate maxi dresses, tops, and co-ord sets that are made to make you feel like you. Every piece is handpicked with love, and every order is handpacked with care. 🤍

Where do you ship?

We ship pan-India to all pin codes serviceable by our courier partner. We also ship internationally to most countries! 🌍

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

Since every order is handpacked with care, please allow 7–10 business days for processing and dispatch. During high-demand periods this may extend slightly — we'll always keep you in the loop if it does. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email and delivery timelines will depend on your location and courier availability.

How much does shipping cost?

India: Free shipping on all domestic orders — always! 🎉
International: A flat international shipping fee applies, which you'll see clearly at checkout before you pay. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or charges levied by your country are the customer's responsibility.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send your tracking details by email. You can use those to follow your parcel's journey right to your door!

What if my order is delayed?

Occasionally, weather, courier disruptions, customs processing (for international orders), or high-demand periods can cause delays. We'll always reach out to keep you updated if that happens — promise! 💌

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds, but we do offer size or style exchanges — because we want you to love what you ordered! 🌸

How does the exchange process work?

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Here's how:

1. Email us at getonlyyoubymrinali@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 98363 88140 with your order number and reason for exchange.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping cost is on you; we cover the cost of sending your replacement!).
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll ship your new piece right away.

What condition does the item need to be in for an exchange?

The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags still attached, and returned in its original packaging. Items that don't meet these conditions unfortunately cannot be accepted for exchange.

What if the exact size or style I want isn't available?

Since we work with limited-quantity, non-restocked pieces, an exact size or style may occasionally be unavailable. In that case, we'll offer you store credit or an alternate piece of equal value — we'll always find a way to make it right! 💛

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

Oh no — we're so sorry if that happened! Please email us at getonlyyoubymrinali@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 98363 88140 within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the unboxing. We'll arrange a free replacement and cover return shipping — no questions asked.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept prepaid payments only — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets — processed securely via Cashfree. All prices are in INR.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We currently don't offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are prepaid. We know it's a big ask, and we truly appreciate your trust in us! 🙏

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Just email us at getonlyyoubymrinali@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 98363 88140 as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, our exchange policy applies.

How do I find my size?

Will the colours look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to capture colours accurately, but please note that colours may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings and studio lighting. If you have any questions about a specific piece, feel free to ask us!
