Where we ship: Pan-India, all pin codes serviceable by our courier partner. We also ship internationally to most countries — see below.
Processing time: Orders are handpacked and dispatched within 7-10 business days of order confirmation. During high-demand periods this may extend slightly — we'll let you know if it does.
Delivery time: Once dispatched, delivery timelines can vary depending on your location and courier availability — we'll keep you updated by email until it arrives.
Shipping charges (India): Free shipping on all domestic orders.
Shipping charges (International): A flat international shipping fee applies at checkout, shown before you pay. Customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by your country are not included and are the customer's responsibility.
Order tracking: You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Payment: We accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) via Cashfree. Cash on Delivery is currently not available.
Delays: Weather, courier disruptions, customs processing (for international orders), or high-demand periods can occasionally delay delivery beyond the estimated window. We'll keep you posted if that happens.
